This monoblock rotating oven has a capacity for 10 to 12 pizzas, making it ideal for preparing pizza by the meter. It includes a flat vault and a round chamber constructed with refractory concrete walls.

The oven has a single entry mouth measuring 62x24 cm and reaches temperatures ranging from 100° C to 300° C in approximately 45 minutes, using dry wood and an insulated duct of 20 cm in useful diameter. This small oven is extremely reactive and can immediately recover the calories given off during the cooking process.
