It features a FLAT VAULT and a round chamber constructed from refractory concrete. The mouth dimensions are 62x24 cm, and the oven can reach temperatures from 100° C to 300° C in 45 minutes, using dry firewood and an insulated pipe with a useful diameter of 20 cm.
This compact oven is extremely responsive and instantly recovers calories lost during cooking. The hourly production is not specified because it depends not only on the characteristics of the oven but also on the productive capacity of the operators and the work area.
