This compact oven is extremely reactive, immediately recovering the calories released during cooking. Hourly production is not indicated as it depends not only on the features of the oven but also on the productive capacity of the operators and the work environment.

The oven is exclusively fueled by gas, with the flame positioned at the rear, left, right, or center. It is easy to use, allows for adjustable rotation speed as desired, and maintains the cooking surface at the ideal temperature. The rotating oven is recommended for those needing to cook large quantities of pizzas as quickly as possible. All Pavesi gas rotating ovens are equipped with electronically managed gas burners.
