VALIDO EVO is a high-performance modular electric oven, designed for any professional kitchen. It offers an excellent quality/price ratio, multiple configurations (up to 3 levels), and a robust structure to ensure consistent and efficient results.

Key advantages include versatility with electromechanical (EM) or touchscreen digital (DG) controls, options for downward (standard) or upward opening doors, and interchangeable cooking surfaces: refractory stone or grooved plate.

In terms of performance, it provides up to 15.1 kW per chamber (model 635L) with a heavy-duty construction and optimized insulation. The exterior is made of stainless steel, featuring a balanced door and dual internal lighting.

It enhances efficiency by minimizing heat loss through a special front band. The OEM OTC technology (touch version) includes Baking Assistance to adapt performance and First Heating to optimize initial heating.

The oven enables high productivity, cooking up to 81 pizzas per hour (Ø35 cm in model 935) or 108 pizzas per hour in the double model 1235. Custom cooking is facilitated by independent ceiling and base regulation with 1 °C precision indicated on an LED display (digital version) and 10 customizable programs.
